The hotel is located in the heart of Trivandrum, just opposite the Secretariat on the famous Mahatma Gandhi Road, offering a calm and quiet experience while being conveniently close to shopping centers. The rooms are small but well-maintained, with a mini bar available, though there were issues with arranging transport to the airport. The dining experience had a delayed start, and the breakfast options were minimal.
The hotel rooms were cosy and neatly done but had issues with arranging transportation to the airport. The location was great for business travelers, just opposite the Govt Secretariat. The dining had a limited selection and started late. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with some service setbacks.
Despite the inconvenience of being close to the router affecting the signal strength, my room was neat and good. I faced buffering issues on YouTube and had to repeatedly reload pages, which was frustrating. The hotel offers a good value for money.

The rooms were equipped with nice mattresses, which made for a comfy sleep, but there was a major issue with arranging transport to the airport as promised, leading to a frustrating and uncomfortable journey. The location was convenient, being opposite the Secretariat in a prime area of Trivandrum, but there were accessibility challenges during heavy rains.
The hotel had a bad experience with YouTube buffering at a low resolution and pages taking a long time to load, despite having spacious rooms with big beds that were essentially two rooms with a connecting door. The price was fair but did not match the overall experience.
